ORDERS

Usually all orders will process within 24 hours & local deliveries within UAE will be done in 1-2
business day after the order has been processed & international deliveries will be done in 2-5
working days after the order has been processed.
All orders will process and ship from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday & Saturday will be
processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders
on Weekends and Public Holidays according to UAE.
Please Note:
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will take additional 2 business days for processing

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders
came when people found it hard to get popular items in-stores due to their popularity.
When an item opens for Pre-Order, which means we need to update the timing accordingly.
Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately once your Pre-Order is submitted.

After your order is processed, transit time typically 2 to 3 business days, with delivery Sunday-Thursday.

No, our couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers, we can only make deliveries to a physical location.

Yes! In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email
to support@geekaygames.com within 24 hours of your confirmation of order. If you order is not
shipped we will cancel the order and will process full refund.
UAE Orders: In case the order is cancelled after the shipment dispatched, we will refund the amount
after deducting the shipping fee as reflected in your order confirmation. If the shipping fee is not
reflecting in your order confirmation (in case of free shipping), the standard fee of AED10 will be
deducted.
Digital Products: We do not offer Refund or Exchange on any digital products – please read
our Terms & Conditons.

All games (Software's), Subscription Cards does not come with warranty. However, some
Accessories & Console (Hardware) have different warranty conditions depending on the
manufacturer only if mentioned on the products page.
Please note: The warranty covered only in UAE and subject to availability of the product in case of
replacement.

Claim the warrants to the original purchaser receipt needed that the any hardware, which
includes components contained in the retail box with this hardware (“Product”), will be free
from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the

CONTROLLER, ACCESSORY OR CABLE) TO AN SIE-AUTHORIZED SERVICE
FACILITY, VIA A SHIPPING BOX WITH A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL PROVIDED BY
SIE, AND SHIPPING OF THE REPAIRED CONSOLE OR A FACTORY-RECERTIFIED
REPLACEMENT CONSOLE TO YOU, AT NO CHARGE TO YOU. For purposes of this
Limited Hardware Warranty and Liability, "factory recertified" means a product that has
been returned to its original specifications.
This warranty does not apply to any system software that is preinstalled in the PS4
hardware, or is subsequently provided via update or upgrade releases. PS4 system

WARRANTY

What is covered?
Product refers from authorized service centers carried out free of cost to its normal
operating condition after it has suffered a covered failure.

This Extended Warranty Program covers the labour, parts and associated charges,
including transportation costs toward repair and re-installation of the appliance on site,
necessary to repair the product, subject to the exclusions listed as below.
REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE DURING MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Replacement guarantee for manufacturer defects during manufacturer’s warranty is
subject to verification by authorized service centers. Software malfunctioning,
accidental damages (such as drops, spills & liquid immersion) and defects arising out
of natural calamities will not be covered under replacement. The verification process
and transaction will take fifteen business days.

A VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE IN THE FORM OF A BILL OF SALE OR RECEIPT FROM A
RETAILER WITH THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED TO
OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.
1. Customer must report the problem to SUPPORT .GAMESZONE@GMAIL.COM
EMAIL@ SERVICE.GAMESZONE@GMAIL.COM within seven days, failing which
the replacement plan will not be applicable.
2. Check the manufacturer’s instructions and make sure the controls are properly
set.
3. Ensure it isn’t something you can correct yourself such as scaling, a blockage or
blown fuse.
4. Bring the faulty product to nearest Sharaf DG store (Customer Care).
5. Kindly retain a copy of the invoice and submit it at Sharaf DG when you bring the
faulty product to the Sharaf DG store.
6. Fraud: All benefits of this Extended Warranty Plan is lost if a fraudulent
declaration or claim is made.

In case of a return, the customer pays the shipping cost and is responsible for the condition of the
goods during delivery.
If you're responsible for the return shipping costs, you can choose how you'd like to
send it back to the seller. You can either pay for an eBay return shipping label, or
choose to send the item back using a carrier of your choice.
If you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend using a tracked service. Tracking
is important as it lets the seller know the item's on its way, and also means that eBay
can see the progress of the return in case we there's an issue and we're asked to help
out with the return.
Return shipping costs when you use an eBay label

When you're responsible for return shipping costs, we charge your PayPal account if
you ship the item using an eBay shipping label. We may ask you to accept a billing
agreement to authorize payment for these kinds of charges.
Anytime you use an eBay return shipping label, returns are shipped by either USPS
First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on the item's cost, package weight, and delivery
time. In some instances, return shipping charges are estimated rather than based on
the actual weight of the package. These charges are based on rates eBay negotiated
with the USPS and are typically less than what you would pay at the post office for the
same item.
If the expected shipping charges exceed the expected refund or the refund value of a
replacement or exchange, an eBay return shipping label won't be available.

Sometimes returning an item may require additional, alternative shipping arrangements,
like adding insurance to your package, for instance. Select Examples of alternative

Returns and Refunds: UAE LAW
You can solve many consumer problems by talking to a store employee, or if you
bought the item online, by returning to the website. Do this as soon as possible
because some retailers have time limits on returns and refunds.
Online retailers should provide return instructions on the site or on your receipt.
When shopping online, it’s wise to consider the company’s reputation and return
policy before you buy.
