Are online payments secured?

All transactions done on GamesZone.ae will be done through payment gateway, which is a 128-bit key encrypted Secure Channel.

What is Order process & Delivery Time?

Your orders will processes and ship from Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday & Saturday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on Weekends and Public Holidays according to UAE.

Note:  Currently we do not deliver out of UAE. We start this services shortly soon.

Delivery Time (Card & COD)

Orders will take up to 1 working day for processing. All local UAE deliveries will be done in 1 working Day after order processing.
Cash On Delivery order will take up to 2 working days for processing, all deliveries will be done in 1 working day after order processing.

Note: The Courier company has delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders came when people found it hard to get popular items in stores due to their popularity.

When an item opens for Pre-Order, we include our best estimate of the availability date. We will always do our best to meet this date. However sometimes production and shipping schedules change, which means we need to update the timing accordingly.

Note: Your credit card will be charged immediately once your Pre-Order is submitted. 

Out of Stock products?

We marked products as “Out of Stock” when they are not available with us. However you can purchase the product, but we cannot guarantee the delivery of the products which are marked as “Out of Stock”. However some products we do restock again, to check the availability please email us at support@gameszone.ae

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email to support@gameszone.ae within 24 hours of your confirmation of order. If you order is not shipped we will cancel the order and give you a refund and deduct 5% as cancellation charges.

If your credit card is not charged we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation. In this case the 5% cancellation charges will not be applied.

Note: Refund will take 8 business days to process and up to 30 Days to reflect in your credit card.
