Return Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy:


-> Any request for cancellation of orders once dispatched shall not be entertained.

->You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the same; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially for placing the order. Please allow for up to 45 TO 60 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Gameszone provides refund only in case of

• Damaged or Faulty Product

• Wrong Product delivered which are not as per your order

• Cancellation of order before dispatch

To return products that are damaged in transit or in case a wrong product is delivered, please contact whatsapp by email on within one working day of delivery. Any return requests later than two to three working day of delivery will not be entertained.

Postage charges for return of products will not be refunded.

A processing fee of 7.5% excluding taxes will be charged on cancellation of prepaid orders before dispatch. This fee will be waived off in case product cannot be dispatched due to a fault of Gameszone

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 15 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the card.

Please note that postage/courier charges are not refundable.

Cancellation of order:

Gameszone reserves the right to cancel any order in bulk quantity/third party vendors without any explanation.

Policy For Games:

Return games disc any or console Your game must include the Original Box Art

Other damage or missing items will result in the trade-in value being lowered cost accordingly

Only 1 copy of any title can be traded-in or cashed-in by each customer/household.

Gameszone will not be responsible while return the item under any circumstances for any loss or damage to the Item during transit.

We accept minimum sell order value of AED 30

A pickup charge of AED 45 will apply to all repair item .

We will pay the full amount as per your order, but we are not responsible for any charges levied by your bank on deposits or transfers into your account.

To ensure that the funds get credited to the correct account, details of the beneficiary’s such as beneficiary name, IBAN, and account type (savings or current) are to be correctly provided. Gameszone will not be responsible for any wrong credits affected due to errors on the part of the User.

Policy For Consoles and Accessories return & repair items

All items that are included when bought new must be present & fully functional (not paperwork but controllers/TV cable/HDMI Cable etc).

Faulty items will not be accepted and will be while returned

Other damage or missing items will result in the cost being lowered accordingly

Once we receive your repair item accessorizes & console, it should take 5-7 days for it to be processed.

To ensure that the funds get credited to the correct account, details of the beneficiary’s bank IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and account number are to be correctly provided. gameszone.ae will not be responsible for any wrong credits affected due to errors in IBAN and the account number.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the U.A.E. Any dispute or litigation shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, U.A.E. alone and not at any other place in U.A.E. or outside its boundaries.
This clause will survive expiry or cancellation of this agreement.
